Meet Pastor Ellery Campsall and His Family

Pastor Ellery Campsall is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, serving in ministry alongside his wife, Karen, since their marriage in 2005. Their ministry journey has taken them through roles in music, youth, Sunday school, and outreach, with a shared passion for helping others grow in their faith. Pastor Campsall earned his degree from Purpose Institute and, in 2015, became the Campus Pastor in Hortonville, co-pastoring with Rev. Aaron Soto.

In December 2019, Pastor Campsall answered God’s call to Wauwatosa as a North American Missions (NAM) missionary to plant and lead the Tabernacle of Praise. Together with his family, he embraced this mission with faith and joy, dedicated to helping every individual develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Ellery and Karen are blessed with three wonderful children: David (18), Lylla (15), and Elliana (1). As a family, they are committed to serving God and the community with love and compassion.

Hyphen Director

“Hyphen” is our vibrant Young Adults small group, led by David Meyer and his wife, Johanna. David was raised in a Pentecostal pastor’s home and has been involved in ministry from a young age. At Tabernacle of Praise, he serves in various capacities, from playing the drums to running sound and preaching. Johanna, a talented singer and dedicated minister, has also served faithfully in the Kingdom for many years.

As Hyphen Directors, David and Johanna are passionate about helping young adults grow in their faith and ministry while fostering a deep connection to the body of Christ. Together, they are committed to shining the light of the Gospel and encouraging others to walk in their God-given purpose.

Worship Team

At Tabernacle of Praise, our worship team is dedicated to offering God their best in praise and worship. Each member is passionate and intentional about creating an atmosphere where the presence of God can be felt, and hearts can be prepared to receive His Word. With every song, they strive to follow the leading of the Spirit, guiding the congregation into deeper connection and worship.

We believe worship is not just about music but about drawing near to God with thanksgiving and reverence. As Psalm 100:4 reminds us:“Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.”

Our prayer is that through every service, lives are touched and transformed, and that God is glorified in all we do.

Children's Ministry

At Tabernacle of Praise, we believe that every child is precious and valuable to the Kingdom of God. Our children’s ministry is dedicated to helping children, ages 5-11, discover the love of Jesus and grow in a personal relationship with Him. Led by Terry Jacobi, Karen Campsall, and Lylla Campsall, we offer a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, have fun, and experience God’s presence in a meaningful way.

Jesus himself said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children” (Matthew 19:14). We invite you to bring your children to the house of God, where they can be part of a community that supports their spiritual growth and helps them build a lifelong foundation of faith. We would love to welcome your little ones as they learn to know and love Jesus!
